Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed on zuvaroshop.com (the "Store").

1. Seller

The Store is operated by ECK.SERVICES, a French micro-enterprise. Contact: eck.services@outlook.com.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include free shipping. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI). Prices may change at any time; the price charged is the one shown when you place your order.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when payment is accepted. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if the item is no longer available; in that case you are fully refunded.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are described in our shipping policy.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU consumers have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. We extend this to 30 days. Conditions are described in our return and refund policy.

6. Legal guarantee

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years in the EU) and the guarantee against hidden defects. Contact us if a product is faulty.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first so we can find a solution together. If no solution is found, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
