Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to every purchase made on zuvaroshop.com by consumers.

1. Seller

ECK.SERVICES (store name: ZUVARO), French micro-enterprise. Contact: eck.services@outlook.com.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Photos are for illustration; minor differences in color or packaging may occur.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and include free shipping. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. For deliveries within the EU, import duties are included. Outside the EU, local import taxes may apply.

4. Order and payment

The contract is concluded when your payment is accepted and you receive an order confirmation by email. Payment is made by card or the other methods offered at checkout through secure payment providers.

5. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address given at checkout. Delivery times are listed in our shipping policy. If an order does not arrive, contact us and we will find a solution (reshipment or refund).

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason (we extend this to 30 days). See our return and refund policy. Refunds are made within 14 days using the original payment method.

7. Legal guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, 2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

8. Disputes

Please contact us first. If no solution is found, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. French law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
