Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Estimated delivery times
- European Union: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: 8–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates. Delivery can take longer during peak seasons or because of customs checks.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. Each package has its own tracking number.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries within the European Union, import duties are included in our prices — you pay nothing extra on delivery. For other countries, local import taxes may apply in some cases and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery problems
