Shop with confidence. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Change of mind
- You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. This includes your legal 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU customer.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- We will send a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email eck.services@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive the item (or confirm the issue for faulty items), we refund you to the original payment method within 14 days.
